Writing templates – We asked ChatGPT to write a reply to a candidate’s question about why they didn’t get the job and gave it the prompt to write it in a professional and empathetic way. Yes, a human-written automated message could also achieve the same end, arguably. We then asked it to create a template for us to use in the future where we only have to fill in the blanks.
