Our Management Style
We believe in offering a fair and transparent approach to management. We offer regular 121 coaching opportunities to support you in fulfilling your role and reaching KPIs and targets. We like to give our staff every chance to succeed.
Our KPIs are tailored to the individual and are used as a diagnostic tool to support you in reaching your targets.
We also have members of our management team who are Mental Health First Aiders with MHFA England.

Since 2021, we have moved away from onboarding team members
into 360 Recruiter roles and instead have broken this role down to onboard 180 Recruiters, who are our Recruitment Executives and Business Development Executives. As they master their role, another ‘string to their bow’ will be added through coaching and development, to learn the other half of the recruitment cycle.
