Bi-lingual senior debt restructuring professionals required to service Cypriot CRE portfolio abroad.

Our client secured a contract to service an SME property related Loan portfolio but needed to recruit Greek speakers with industry experience to work and live in Cyprus.

They needed to recruit a Senior Manager, a Business Transformation Specialist and a Portfolio Manager. All 3 role types required Commercial Real Estate sector experience along with the ability to speak Greek. Candidates also needed to be prepared to work in Cyprus.

We completed a thorough search of the market and sourced candidates in Greece, Cyprus and the rest of Europe. We also approached the Greek Community in the UK and attended events to promote our recruitment campaign to help gain referrals. We did this in conjunction with advertising and managed to source candidates at all levels and held Skype interviews with anyone outside of the UK.

We successfully filled all three specialist vacancies and assisted with providing information regarding housing allowances, allocated flights, expenses and taxation queries.

We have since been engaged to service other ongoing recruitment requirements.
