A brand new online mortgage broker offering competitive re-mortgage advice online had an urgent need to recruit several Mortgage Advisors and Mortgage Case Managers prior to launch.
The business had already engaged with 4 agencies but needed additional assistance to source staff due to the high volumes of required hirers.
We were invited in to discuss their urgent requirements and to better understand the skillset and experience required for the business, prior to launch.
Our client desperately needed fully qualified CeMap Mortgage Advisors specifically with whole of market experience. They also required these individuals to have the ability to aid with process implementation and to assist with ongoing enhancements to process within a new and evolving business.
They also required Mortgage Case Managers to assist with processing new re-mortgage applications but to also provide support to the Mortgage Advisors. These individuals also needed to be of the calibre to be able to move into Mortgage Advisory roles once established.
We were able to utilise our database well for this campaign due to the specialist areas we recruit within and had several existing relationships with candidates with the required skill set.
We also advertised across our website, LinkedIn and numerous job boards and networked with our existing candidate base, securing a number of referrals.
It’s important to highlight that our client was a start-up and we also put together a summary of the business, their culture and the required attributes for each role type.
Our consultants carried out structure competency-based interviews and also ensured each candidate was provided with a summary of the business, a clear understanding of the businesses culture and a thorough understanding of the interview process.
Within a 3-week period we managed to fill all 6 available positions and now service ongoing requirements
