A business restructure requiring the setup of a new servicing team for a closed loan book.

Our client had a closed book they had been servicing in Scotland. Due to the business shutting down the Scotland office, they needed to create a new team to be based in London to service the portfolio of buy to let loans.

We had one month to recruit several experienced Senior Arrears and Litigation Specialists with detailed knowledge of the litigation to eviction process, forbearance and hardship tools.

We were able to utilise our database well for this campaign having already serviced similar requirements within special servicing.  We were also able to utilise our knowledge of the market to source additional candidates alongside advertising across our website, LinkedIn and several job boards.

Because of our success in filling all the 5 Senior Arrears and Litigation vacancies, we then sourced and supplied a Compliance Manager with experience gained within servicing and a good understanding of MCOB.
