Recruit for some of most reputable businesses in the mortgage and financial services sector! At Stellar Select, we are growing the Recruitment Executive team, and we want you to join us on our journey of growth and expansion. You’ll be provided with training and personal development plans to ensure you succeed as our newest Recruitment Executive!

Our Recruitment Executives are 180 Recruiters, meaning you play a vital role in the candidate journey, providing them with a top-class level of service. You will be allocated multiple vacancies, and you will be responsible for reviewing and shortlisting applications, resourcing across job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database with over 50,000 candidates from our niche sector. You will be handling a high volume of candidate calls and emails, screening and qualifying candidates and supporting your candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Up to £27,500 starting salary (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission.

What is required?

• Customer service experience, gained in either customer facing or telephony roles.
• Confident handling of phone calls.
• Administration experience.
• Problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Willing to be responsible for your own success.
