Job Title: Mortgage Completions Administrator

Location: London, close to Victoria Station

Salary: £25-32,000 plus benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

About the position of Mortgage Completions Administrator

The completions process is the last step in the journey to become a customer/borrower. The needs of this role are part compliance and part customer service. You will be required to manage the smooth process when a mortgage offer is issued to when the loan completes. You will need to ensure that all mortgage offer conditions are satisfied

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Completions Administrator

  • Reviewing direct debit mandates and ensuring that they hold all the correct information and cross referencing this with internal systems and other personal data held on file
  • Reviewing the completions Inbox and distributing emails accordingly
  • Answer incoming calls on the completion’s hotline, dealing with any relevant enquiries and distributing any other calls to the relevant business area/team
  • Managing all incoming post for the completions team
  • Responding to basic completions queries via the phone, email from intermediaries, brokers, valuers and solicitors
  • Dealing with various ad hoc duties to help assist the completions team

Experience required for the role of Mortgage Completions Administrator

  • Administration experience gained in the mortgage sector with a lender in a completions or completions support role.
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with databases
