Job Title: Mortgage Advisor

Location: Remote (once a month in the Kent office)

Salary: Up to £55,000 OTE with uncapped commission

About the Role of Mortgage Advisor:

Our client is a large financial services group with an opening available for a remote Mortgage Advisor. As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll act as a trusted guide-building strong relationships, providing clear, informed advice, and supporting customers through one of life’s biggest financial decisions. With warm leads and full administrative support, you can concentrate on what you do best: offering expert guidance and driving your success forward.

Responsibilities for the position of Mortgage Advisor:

• Provide customers with expert mortgage advice and tailored solutions that can change their lives
• Promote insurance products to add value to your customers’ journey
• Exceed targets and drive business growth, turning opportunities into results
• Build strong relationships with estate agents, maximising new business and referrals
• Proactively contacting new prospects for new business
• Maintain compliance with FCA guidelines to offer peace of mind and reassurance

Experience Required for the position of Mortgage Advisor:

• Proven experience of being a Mortgage Advisor
• Motivated by success, results and rewards
• CEMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong relationship-building skills – you know how to connect with people!
• A solid work ethic, with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Smart, articulate and well-presented
• Passionate about helping customers find their perfect home
• Must have a full driving licence and access to a car.
