Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Location: Sittingbourne

Salary: Up to £30,000 OTE, with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 2 months

Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on/1 off)

About the Role of Lettings Negotiator:

Our client is a leading estate agency group with over 100 high street locations across the South-East. They are known for exceptional service and whilst creating a supportive, collaborative culture, with ongoing development opportunities and having achieve at least 90% on employee satisfaction surveys.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll have the chance to showcase your skills in supporting landlords and tenants. You’ll provide a top tier service and build lasting relationships with clients, whilst generating deals and matching people to their perfect dream home.

Responsibilities for the position of Lettings Negotiator:

• Start your day with a team catch-up
• Engage with landlords and tenants, secure new deals, and match people with their ideal homes.
• Generate New Leads – Seek out fresh opportunities to drive results and make a real impact within the team.
• Support Customers in Achieving Their Goals – Secure accepted offers, hand over keys, and celebrate the start of their next chapter.
• Arrange and Attend Viewings – Showcase beautiful properties while delivering exceptional service to every client.
