Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm

Our client delivers innovative residential and buy to let mortgages, bridging and second charge loans, which are available through a nationwide intermediary base. Their mission is to broaden the criteria for mortgage/loan approval to support home owning aspirations and buy to let entrepreneurialism.
Responsibilities for the position of Broker Liaison Assistant
As a Liaison Assistant you will report directly to the Intermediary Team Supervisor. You will be responsible for delivering first class customer service in a busy call centre environment handling both inbound and outbound calls. In this role you will assist intermediaries in their submission of mortgage applications having a sound understanding of policies and processes. You will also provide support to brokers, solicitors, valuers and customers with any queries on the progress of their mortgage applications. Lastly you will make outbound calls to third parties to chase outstanding information, helping our client deliver and improved application to offer turnaround time.
