Training
As FCA findings show, new lending is growing year on year and as the volume of completions increases, so does the need for additional staff to service these demands. Training professionals are instrumental in ensuring that new staff joining a fast paced business are able to get quickly up to speed on businesses processes and policies and hit the ground running. We’ve recruited cross business Learning and Development professionals from officer to managers as well as specialist T&C managers with a focus on core areas within Originations and Servicing, such as Underwriting and Collections.
