Job Title: New Homes Sales Manager

Location: Leatherhead

Salary: Base salary of £27,000 – £30,000 with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 2 months, and a realistic OTE of £40,000 – £45,000

Work Pattern: Monday to Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm. 2-week rota: Week 1: 4 days during the week + Saturday working supporting development launches, open days and show homes. Week 2: Monday to Friday

About the Role of New Homes Sales Manager:

Our client is a leading estate agency group with over 100 high street locations across the South-East. They are known for exceptional service and whilst creating a supportive, collaborative culture, with ongoing development opportunities and having achieve at least 90% on employee satisfaction surveys, as well as being a Gold Accredited Investors in People company.

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you’ll help buyers find their perfect home while building relationships with developers, purchasers, and colleagues across the group. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities for the position of New Homes Sales Manager:

• Proactively engage with prospective purchasers using our extensive database of buyers
• Arrange and conduct property viewings across exciting new-build developments
• Respond to and manage customer enquiries across phone, email and online channels
• Support customers throughout their buying journey, providing expert guidance at every stage
• Build strong working relationships with mortgage advisors and estate agency colleagues
• Visit and familiarise yourself with developments to become an expert on each site and its properties
• Support development launches, open days and marketing events to help create an exceptional customer experience

Experience Required for the position of New Homes Sales Manager:

• Proven experience in home sales
• Experience in working with targets
• Passionate about sales and customer service
• Confident communicators
• Motivated by targets and earning potential
• Organised, able to work of your own initiative and proactive
