Salary: Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission with a realistic first-year OTE £70,000 +

We’re recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Commercial Broker to join a dynamic and fast-paced finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, relationship-building, and helping SMEs access the funding they need to grow. With a strong basic salary and uncapped commission, it’s a great opportunity for a driven individual ready to take their earning potential to the next level.

You’ll be offering tailored financial solutions across a range of SME funding products, including:

• Invoice Finance
• Asset Finance
• Business Loans
• Merchant Cash Advances
• Secured Business Loans
• Refinancing Solutions

Responsibilities for the role of Commercial Broker:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to discuss business finance requirements with customers.
• Achieve and exceed realistic monthly KPIs.
• Cross-sell additional products tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide bespoke financial solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for clients.
• Prepare and present proposals to lenders to obtain finance approvals.

Experience required for the role of Commercial Broker:

• A minimum of 1 year’s broking experience.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prioritising tasks.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license.
