Job title: Telephone Business Development Manager
Commission: 50% of the commission is paid monthly and the other 50% is paid on a quarterly basis
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
About the role
We have a superb opportunity to join a specialist Buy to Let and Residential Mortgage Lender as a Telephone Business Development Manager.
You will be office-based dealing with inbound and outbound telephone sales activity for a designated region. Working closely with a field based Regional Development Manager, you will share responsibility for a regional target of completed mortgage business. You will be responsible for maximising contact with new, accredited brokers and distributors in your region with a view to them submitting mortgage applications leading to successful mortgage completions. This will be in accordance with a sales plan to be agreed with your line manager. You will be expected to drive market awareness and volumes of business and to play your part in ensuring that quality and profitable metrics, meet company requirements. The successful applicant will need to have previous sales/business development experience where you have maximised sales within the mortgage sector or intermediary market.
