Salary: Up to £35,000 plus superb benefits and bonus of up to 10%

We are looking for a highly motivated, articulate and passionate individual who will thrive whilst working in a fast-paced sales team. The team are rapidly expanding, and they aim to provide a level of technical expertise and personal service that is unrivalled in the financial services industry.  You will be responsible for supporting brokers and external Business Development Managers from application stage through to completion.

Responsibilities and Experience required for the role of Sales Executive 

  • Manage, build and maintain relationships with existing and new brokers alike
  • Provide point of contact for all inbound broker queries
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service
  • Manage the process from start to finish
  • Implement new sales and marketing campaigns
  • Provide indicative terms over the phone and via email to their brokers
  • Chase prospective deals through application stage and deal with any queries that may arise
  • Build new relationships with prospective companies
  • Enhance and develop existing relationships to increase business levels
  • Support existing and prospective client firms over the telephone
  • Arrange meetings for BDM’s
  • Manage own work load in a fast-paced environment
  • To be considered for the position you will have superb communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly and with ease, demonstrate superb customer service skills, delivering a superb service ensuring the customer has a fantastic experience each and every time. Ideally you will have had experience in a similar role within Bridging finance however in this instance we can be open minded to considering candidates with transferable skills and experience.
