Job Role: Sales & Marketing Administrator

Salary: Up to £25,000, with opportunity to progress career with a rapidly expanding business

Due to increased business volumes, we are expanding and are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

About the role of Sales & Marketing Administrator

Using sales techniques, business development, marketing, social media, and networking to attract new business. You will develop a good understanding of our specialist sectors, manage, and respond to queries and responses, onboard new clients, facilitate hand overs to nominated account manager and negotiate terms of business.

Responsibilities for the role of Sales & Marketing Administrator

  • Working closely with colleagues and the management team to meet company and individual objectives
  • Proactively research business development opportunities, developing business through effective business development, marketing, and social media strategies
  • Research and update the database
  • Negotiate terms of business
  • On board new clients and facilitate hand overs to nominated account managers
  • Meet or exceed agreed targets and KPIs
  • Offer advice to prospective clients on market conditions
  • Manage and respond to any queries

Experience required for the role of Sales & Marketing Administrator

  • Effective researching skills
  • Administration skills, demonstrating proficient use of MS Office and CRM
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and with ease
