About our client and the position of Intermediary Sales Manager

Our client is a leading peer to peer mortgage lender. They are a champion of the private rental sector, matching buy to let borrowers with mortgages and investors with returns from the Buy to Let Market. Their aim is to become the UKs leading specialist Buy to Let Lender.

We now have a superb opportunity for an experienced Buy to Let professional with experience of managing a team, working closely with introducers.

Responsibilities and Experience required for the role of Intermediary Sales Manager

  • Manage and develop a team of Junior telephone support specialist to provide best in class service to introducers
  • Develop a reporting structure
  • Undertake call out campaigns to elicit feedback on service and to introduce the business to new introducers
  • Manage the communications process around product changes with sourcing systems, the tech team and the underwriting team
  • Provide sales with specific MI to allow them to manage relationships with intermediaries
  • Experience required:
  • The successful candidate will have experience of working with mortgage introducers.
  • You will need to demonstrate significant experience in building and maintaining relationships with mortgage intermediaries/introducers ideally within the specialist mortgage sector. Leadership skills, project management, account management and organisational skills. Commercial awareness and proven experience delivering results with 3rd parties/suppliers. Analytical skills, a focus on achieving targets and a good understanding of excel to be able to report on performance, set goals and reports on KPIs and SLA’s. Solid understanding of the buy to let and intermediary market
