Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Oxford

Salary: up to £28,000

Working Hours: Weekly alternative shifts of 9am – 5pm/12pm – 8pm and 1/4 Saturdays per month working 10am – 6pm

About the role

We have an excellent new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a rapidly expanding Motor Finance Lender based in Oxfordshire. The company are looking for exceptional candidates to join the team and share the journey in building a world-class operation. As part of the Operations Team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, and it is crucial that the company provides a first-class customer experience to to ensure expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities and Experience required for the role of Customer Service Advisor

  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing calls whilst working to daily targets, ensuring all communications are in line with company policies and procedures
  • Answering customers’ enquiries via phone and email
  • Resolving queries regarding loan agreements
  • Work through queues of queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations as well as Data Protection, Money Laundering and Treating Customers Fairly
  • Extensive customer service experience gained within a telephony based/contact centre environment is essential
  • Experience of working within Financial Services is highly advantageous
  • Professional and approachable telephone manner
  • Hardworking, proactive and dynamic with excellent organisational skills
